<<Also, with no disrespect intended, why not just add some nice

spicyfoods that include cinnamon and turmeric (and other spices) to your

diet .I have cinnamon-infused coffee most mornings. I don't eat turmeric

every day, but I would have enough curry or stir-fry includingturmeric

over a week to average about a half-teaspoon daily.

I use the home filled capsules because it is much less money, and I know exactly

what I am filling these capsules with. I buy cinnamon from a spice dealer and

feel fairly certain I am not getting a lot of fillers, or whatever. I am always

a little suspicious when a new idea comes along and suddenly every supplement

house is offering them.

As for your clever idea of putting it in my food, I just don't much like the

taste of cinnamon or I probably would do that.

Cheers,

Jo in MN
