Hey Robynn, I met with Dr. Park today and all went

well. She said that my recovery is the picture

perfect way things are suppose to go. I am on stage

three food today. I will be coming back to work on

March 7th. I am doing fine. I have one incision that

is right at my bra area that bugs me a little because

my bra rubs against it but other than that, I am

great. I was concerned that it might get raw but she

said nope, it looked good and that it would be just

fine.

Sorry for not posting much, but I am trying to stay as

active as I can. Everything is staying down and

getting almost my 64 ounces down. The bad part is

that in order for me to get the water all in, I have

to start drinking by 5:00 am and that is okay because

I am up at that time anyway. If I start later, it is

very hard to get in the water given the fact that you

have to wait every ten minutes and then there are

three hours in which you have to wait after eating to

resume drinking.

Nonetheless, I am doing great and I am happy that I

had the surgery. I am weighing 210 now and I am

happy. I see it in my face, legs, arms, STOMACH and

my bra straps keep falling off my shoulder which never

used to happen. I can't wait until you have your

surgery. I hope you are doing okay with the 10%.

I have to go fix dinner but I will try to get on here

more. Take care and a big hug to you and the rest of

the gang here.

Alright Pam!!! Good for you! My goodness, by the time you return to work...you'll be nearly invisible!

I am halfway to my goal. 13 lbs. to go. Unfortunately, I'm working like a crazy person (I'm still at work now, at 11:30 p.m.)_ and I will be for the next several weeks to meet that big deadline that and I are trying to do. You know the BIG project.

I'm literally going to be up all night. My life sucks.

Anyway...I'm not going to hav emuch time to exercise...and without that, even if I'm not eating, I gain weight. I'm going to try really hard to do some...but it will be at the expense of sleep unfortunately. So, keep your fingers crossed for me!!

Good work, girly girl! I am so darned proud of you.
