Guest guest
Clara, The main reason I switched is because the tablets are so big and chalky and hard to take. Some people crush them and mix them with food but I found that to be a pain. With the liquid I leave it in the little bottles it comes in and actually do not even measure it even more. I just take a couple of swigs of it. I keep the bottle in the frig and it does not taste too bad. I mixed it with chocolate milk for my son but he did not like it--I thought it was pretty good--tasted like a chocolate covered cherry--what I love. Anyway, I do not know of any proven benefit--I am sure there is some written literature. My gp thought it would be better because it would get into the blood stream faster as the body is not dealing with the fillers in the tablets.
