Guest guest
Mitoldies was there for me in my most confusing of days, taking me for better or worse. I really feel that I have a mito disorder or a very closely related one. I had been very upset over a few issues in all this illness stuff. One was the loss of friends and family, people not understanding this, and the lenght of it going on. I was upset with church and the lack of understanding. I'm was ashamed that I was even mad at God alot and this was normal. At times I was so confused and angery at everybody. I learned to respect this is a medical support group and even though at times you've all been counselors, nurses, doctors,, and more and of course friends, I needed to know it's alright to be a christian and sick, and the loss of friends and family are the normal. I found these answers through the resourses at rest ministries. Of all the 3 medical support groups that I joined, they do not have the chemistry that is here at mitiodies. There is truly something special here. I've shared so much of my personal feelings here as well you guys have shared so it makes being here personal. I hope you've been well Alice and your famliy too. -- In , " justagram@j... " wrote: > > - Of course we didn't forget you. Welcome back. I'm sorry your symptoms haven't lessened and that insurance hasn't cooperated when we all know they should but it's just one of those things we seem to all get used to. > > I'm not surprised that you have a diagnosis of Fybro. It's one of the many that are given to Mito patients and I guess we would appear to have it in many cases. I'm not sure about your other diagnosis. You said an endocrinolgist gave you this. They are usually very good but of course - not all of them are. > > It sounds as if you have found a good circle of friends on the internet and found some postitive support beyond Mitoldies. This is a good thing and I'm happy that you've been able to do that. It seems that we just have to earnestly search for support for our needs on the internet and most of the time we can find it. Good for you. > > It was nice to hear from you. > > Alice
