Guest guest
.... but I have to say, I've been in a lot less pain in the last day or 2 & have even forgotten to take some meds. Once again proving, that laughter is truly the best medicine....... ----------------------- Amen to that. Speaking personally, it sure beats the hell out of moans, groans and screams - of which I have had more than what I consider my fair share to be for the last week. Seems I cracked about three ribs last Thursday doing some yard work and then compounded the problem about three nights ago by having almost the entire left rib cage sublux/separate on me. Either by itself is unpleasant enough, but when they do it in combination, they can really cross your eyes and dot your tees. Like I told Cindy C in an off-list email, you know I am hurting when I ask for an ice bag. Fortunately, my knowledge and skill level is considerably more today than when I broke three of them on the other side two years ago. This time, every time they have separated or subluxed on me I have been able to get them back in place using the Polarity Rib Head release technique. As for the general pain from it, I have just been treating it with directed energy by two-pointing the fracture lines. I haven't even taken so much as a single Tylenol or Aleve for it.
