When I was walking last spring and summer I started out doing really good. Then towards the end it really started getting to my ankles(they were way swollen) and I would still walk even though I wanted to cry. Then I fell one night and messed up the ankle more. So maybe if I hadn't pushed it I wouldn't have had such a bad time with my ankles. But, it's getting nice again and I'm gonna walk again. Maybe I'll watch it this time, but I doubt it. And I like your answer, "do it until you can't do it".
