As you guys all know, I'm sure. When we got our kids they were all a lot younger and each of the first four being a year apart was great because they all had playmates and were never lonely. It didn't even bother them that two were boys and two were girls. Now on the other hand,,,, we have three teenagers and one that will be next year. The hormones they are a flying!! Somehow my husband and I went from being their heros to being zeros overnight, lol. We are very happy that they are "normal" teenagers considering their backgrounds but boy does it get hard. I used to dred Valentines day because of having to get all four of them to do those class lists of names and everyone gets a card. This year not one of them would do it and I found myself wandering down the card row actually missing it. Thankfully our nine year old ended up wanting to do it so he and I sat up until 9:30 at night working together because he wouldn't write any of the girl ones, I had to do all of those. lol a C Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
