Hi Anita,

I haven't tried physical therapy. ( I am still working on getting

an official diagnosis) I have been doing yoga. the gentle

stretching exercises help my muscle pain tremendously. At first it

was pretty comical. I try to do my exercising when I am alone. My

muscles were so weak I couldn't hold a pose for more than a few

seconds. And just forget the balance exercises. :) I would just

fall over. I still am pretty weak, but I have seen small

improvements in my strength. I no longer have to use my wheelchair

for most things. I have seen a big difference in the pain I have. I

got busy this week and missed my yoga. Boy could I tell the

difference. The nice thing about yoga is that you start where you

are. And even if you can't do things right, you do the best you

can. Every little bit that you can accomplish helps.
