There are many, many qualified practitioners in California to choose from. I did not list any locations that I knew were outside your area, like Fresno, Berkely, San Francisco, San Diego etc. But on the other hand, I didn't check every location on the list below against a map to see exactly where it is. At any rate, here is a list of locations with practitioners that I would feel comfortable recommending, at least based on their levels of training. If you would take a look at it and eliminate the ones too far and let me know which locations meet your criteria, I will then go back for more detailed practitioner information for you. Guest guest
> > COSTA MESA first choice > > > LA MIRADA second choice > There are two listed in Costa Mesa. One only has level 1 training in LDT. The other, however, has had three classes in LDT, four in CST, and five in Visceral Manipulation, one in Zero Balancing, and is a teaching assistant for both Lymph 1 and Lymph 2. Her name is C. o, LMT. Her phone # is . It didn't give a street address but it did say Costa Mesa. There is only one listed for La Mirada. His name is Hefner, CMT, LLCC. His phone number is . His listing isn't as broad in terms of other modalities as o's, but his background in lymphatic drainage is far superior. He is not only a teaching assistant like she is, he is also certified in lymphedema work (the LLCC). For what you are talking about, I would be comfortable recommending either one of them. If you were looking at any serious surgery issues I would hands down recommend Hefner as first choice. Just so you know, and so you can factor this into your choice of a male or female practitioner, lymphatic drainage breast work is done undraped, hands-on. I know - the only appropriate response to that comment is " Mike - big deal - you've never been in the obgyn stirrups. " Be that as it may, I did want you to know ahead of time. Again, I would be very comfortable recommending either one of them.
