dx code for Neuromuscular Disease non-specific

Hi , You were so kind to share this dx code site, but alas,

we can't gain access. I think that the scooter store is probably

used to reading doc's handwriting and may be able to look up

the proper code when we go on Monday. I'm SO excited. Doc's

office never called back with the dx info and isn't likely to in the

foreseeable future :-)

The free postion of that software wasn't much help, sorry. I figured it

was worth a try though.
