Guest guest
I also went through this fun, mainly something to keep my shoulder backk in after I was sedated and had it reduced.. UGH!!!!!!!!! 2 things put it in a position where it hurt less and was less able to pop it self out of joint agaiin: 1) A " pillow " splint. This came from a medical supply store and consisted of a big triangular " pillow " that went under the arm and my arm was out to the side over the pillow. It wasn't that uncomfortable, just bulky. 2) a regular vinyl splint cinched up at the top so my hand was on the opposite shoulder. This was then wrapped with an ace all around my chest. Hope this helps Joyce
