dx code for Neuromuscular Disease non-specific

Does anybody happen to know the diagnosis code for

" Neuromuscular Disease non-specific " ? One of my

" mito friends " (I can't remember who) suggested that this

diagnosis might be a helpful one to get me

my scooter. The doc said yes, great idea, we'll use that and then

scribbled something on the

prescription, but no dx code. I called the office and left a

message asking them to please find the dx

code . HAHAHAHA, if I have to wait till they call back I will be

getting my scooter about the time the

first snow flies.

758.9 for mitochondrial myopathy

639.4 for metabolic myopathy
