Guest guest
Everyone is different. Everyone starts at different weights and ends at different weights and gets there at different rates. Worrying about the number on the scale is the most futile exercising you can do. Get the hell off the scale and back on the treadmill. Mike in GR > >> Woozer . Guest guest
I don't limit anything. I eat what I want. I'm 9 months post-op Here's what I had today: a couple of cups of shrimp and crab/lobster meat in a tomatoe mess (garlic, peppers, onions, etc) I made with a bunch of fat free feta cheese maybe 3oz. morning snack of two very small (for me) rome apples Healthy Choice Cheesy Rice. Something like 220 cal and 15 or so grams of protein. I drank 8oz or so of spicy v-8 in the afternoon. I ate some soy crisps in the afternoon. Oh my the white cheddar ones are great. I ate samples of stuff at Costco. Some of it was seriously crappy food like Lobster Bisque. It was only 2oz probably but if you have a cup of that stuff it's 98% of your saturated fat for the day. WHO BUYS THAT STUFF? Had grilled salmon with a chiptole brushed sauce on it with maybe ten thin stalks of asparagus for dinner with a half of a piece of dinner roll. I still need to get more vegetables probably but I think I'm getting close to 5-9 fruits/veggies on most days. Tomorrow for breakfast I'm having turkey breast and maybe some green beans. a banana and large pear in the morning for snack. More v-8. Another Healthy Choice and then who knows for dinner. Today I think I drank about 230oz of water, crystal lite and diet green tea. Actually it's probably more. Oh and in the gym the cardio I do, according to the machines burns off around 750 calories. I doubt that but what do I know.
