If someone does open capsules, remember to keep it away from light as you

are doing it, as light can destroy the CoQ very quickly. The Titanium Oxide

in the Gelcap is to shield the CoQ inside the capsule from the light.

Thanks Laurie,

I forgot to mention that. I had called the company when I first

started doing that to ask about whether doing it that way would cause

the loss of the benefit and they told me no. Even though I sometimes

have someone open the capsules and leave them in water in the fridge

in preparation for a meal that is 4 hours away. They told me that

was no problem. I hope the dark of the fridge helps and more often

than not, I am opening it and taking it with 15 minutes of doing so.
