Guest guest
Adam If someone does open capsules, remember to keep it away from light as you are doing it, as light can destroy the CoQ very quickly. The Titanium Oxide in the Gelcap is to shield the CoQ inside the capsule from the light. laurie > From: adamm321@... > Reply-To: > Date: Sun, 13 Jun 2004 06:09:32 EDT > To: > Subject: liquid Q10 > > Hi, > > Sorry if this is a repeat post. Guest guest
Thanks Laurie, I forgot to mention that. I had called the company when I first started doing that to ask about whether doing it that way would cause the loss of the benefit and they told me no. Even though I sometimes have someone open the capsules and leave them in water in the fridge in preparation for a meal that is 4 hours away. They told me that was no problem. I hope the dark of the fridge helps and more often than not, I am opening it and taking it with 15 minutes of doing so. Thanks for the reminder, :-) Adam > Adam > > If someone does open capsules, remember to keep it away from light as you > are doing it, as light can destroy the CoQ very quickly.
