Just need to add that Alpha lipoic acid needs to be taken with caution. It

is great stuff, but if there is any mercury in your system, the lipoic acid

will pass through the blood brain barrier and any mercury that is mobilized

will be redistributed every time you take lipoic acid, unless you are gettig

a continuous flow of it.

When I take it, I take it every three hours round the clock, for instance

-even in the middle of the night. This is the safe wy to use it.

This seems not so critical for people who do not have mercury in their

tissues, but I keep metioning to everybody here, that mercury trashes

thyroids, and so most people here should look into that and see if the shoe
