Laurie, Thanks for the further info. I'm collecting as much as I

can and then will tackle the insurance company again. I spent

1/2 hour with them this morning and got no place, but I'm tough

and will persevere!

I dealt with the case management department for mine. I now have a case

manager, so anything that doesn't go through as it should, I call her.
