Guest guest
Janet, Do you suggest taking less of the liquid carnitor than prescribed to begin with or take the liquid only once a day and mix with the pills for a week or two? Just wondering as I currently take 660mg of the tablets three times a day. I'm not sure how to start the liquid out slowly in my case. > >Also start out slow when you switch to the liquid as it does not have all >the fillers of the tablets and your body will react to it differently. > >Janet Sample > breathing machines , liquid supplements, Dr. Greene > > > > > >
Guest guest
, I do not really know how to start slower, I just know that I was supposed to be taking 990 mg of the tablets 3 times a day. I was doing pretty good at it and all of a sudden I started taking a tablespoon of liquid. I am not sure if it was the switching of the liquid that gave me the diahreara. If I had taken it at the 2 teaspoons 3 times a day rate if I would have had a problem or if taking the xtra teaspoon 3 times a day was the problem. Since you are on only 660 or 2 tablets two times a day maybe you should take like 1 teaspoon 3 times a day. 660 is like 2/3 of 990 but 1 teaspoon is 1/2 of 2 teaspoons so you should be getting about 500 mg I would think. Not sure if that makes sense or not. Of course you may react differently.
