Guest guest
Hi everyone, Thank you Nikki for the great explanation of breathing machines. It has just been recomeneded that I get a sleep study done and it's good to know what may come of that. I also read earlier today about liquid Co-Q 10 and liquid Carnitor. Can anyone tell me where to purchase these? Both prescription? ( I am on the prescription Carnitor now.) I was interested in Adrienne's comment about a metabolic mito doc. Where is Dr Greene located? My GP is constantly running metabolic tests on me and trying to supplment depleted vits and minerals. A metabolic mito expert would be a huge help. Thanks for all information, Marjette
Guest guest
Marjette Your doctor can write a script for liquid Carnitor, the same as the tablets he writes it for now. laurie > > Reply-To: > Date: Sun, 06 Jun 2004 02:40:40 -0000 > To: > Subject: breathing machines , liquid supplements, Dr. Greene > > Hi everyone, Thank you Nikki for the great explanation of breathing > machines. Guest guest
Can only help with where to get the liquids. The liquid CoQ10 one of the makers is Tishcon Corp of New York. It is called Qgel. It is supposed to be 3 times more effective than other brands. epic4health.com is where they sell it in addition to places like swanson vitamins. If you tell them you have mito you get a small discount. I do not know what it is for the liquid but it is like $62 a bottle for the carniqgel vs $67. They also have gelcaps as low as $14 per bottle. I do not have there phone number handy but their website is epic4health.com. Let me know if you need the phone number. The liquid carnitor you just have your doctor write a prescription. 2 teaspoons = 1000 mg. That is a lot stronger than over the counter carnitine. My doctor actually made a mistake in writing out the prescription--was using the over the counter info. The pharmacist figured it out when we were figuring out how many bottles to order for a month supply. Anyway, I was taking a tablespoon (3 teaspoons) 3 times a day. Was getting diahreara. Also start out slow when you switch to the liquid as it does not have all the fillers of the tablets and your body will react to it differently. Guest guest
Thanks Laurie, I was going to give it for others. It is actually on top of the bottle downstairs on the counter but my legs are very sore and I couldn't hardly move to go down there and back up to the computer. I found if you call and talk to someone they all know about the mito discount. If you order online I am not sure how to get it. Guest guest
Janet Calling is the only way to get the discount. Once you order, they have your information, minus credit card info, in their computers and it is a very quick call. laurie > > Reply-To: > Date: Sun, 6 Jun 2004 14:49:49 -0500 > To: > > Subject: Re: breathing machines , liquid supplements, Dr. Greene > > Thanks Laurie, I was going to give it for others.
