You are not going to BELIEVE This!!!!

Hi,

I am so frustrated right now. We are still waiting for Jenna's 2nd

helmet to come in. She was scanned on 10/6 and they said it should

be in within a week because of the problems we were having the first

helmet they were going to speed the process along. So yesterday Day

11 I called ortho office to see if it was in, they said no it was not

in and that I had to bring her back down (1 1/2 drive) because they

needed another mesaurement so I scheduled the appt for today. They

called back 2 hours later and said " they found the mesaurement they

needed in the computer " and that I did not need to come down. I

asked when the helmet would be in and was told 10 -14 days. I was so

livid, I called my husband in tears telling him what was going on, he

said he would call. He called the ortho directly through cell phone

# and was told for " me to not worry that it would not take the 10 -14

days that it would be sooner " . I was still fumming so I called ortho

office again and gave them piece of my mind, wouldn't you know they

said her helmet was going to be shipped overnight mail.

I just want to know when were they going to call me and let me know

that there was a problem with one of her measurments, if I had not

called would the ball have been rolling on getting the second helmet

completed? And why wasn't until after I called that there was a

problem with her measurments, and not until after we started to

ruffle some feathers, her helmet is now going to be overnighted? I

just don't understand all of this but I needed to vent. Sorry this

is so long.
