But, he just lays around and moans. Doesn't want to eat much of anything (which is really weird). I don't know if I should take him to another dr, or wait till the 26th to see the GI. Guest guest Posted January 14, 2004 Report Share Posted January 14, 2004 Maybe seeing someone sooner will help allay his fears and reduce the anxiety he has that something MAJOR could be wrong. Try to get into see another GP etc as soon as you can and tell them you are seeing the Gastro on the 26th but that your son is in so much pain/discomfort etc that he couldn't wait. Maybe they can give him something to help in the mean time.Also try ringing the gastro back and telling him how much pain etc your son is in and that he is not eating etc also tell him you have EDS as yet untyped.
