Guest guest
Several people on the list have expressed an interest in helping Sue Kozlow get through the tough times she is facing with her divorce. Because it isn't a good idea for Sue to post her address in a public place, I have offered to coordinate and accept donations on her behalf and ship them to her from my office. Here is what Sue needs: For Sue: Clothing Target or Walmart gift cards (to buy underwear) Long distance phone cards (to call her mother who had the brainstem stroke on Thanksgiving) Ice/snow scraper for her vehicle Warm gloves Medical supplies, (gauze, tape, etc. for the incision site) For the dog: Chew toys, tug toys, balls, and squeaky toys. Dog raincoat dog treats Check with me before you send anything so we can avoid too much duplication and so I know what to expect and when. I will collect items at my office and forward them to Sue on Wednesdays by Fedex. Sue is still a bit overwhelmed right now and is still figuring out what she needs. If you can think of additional items you thinks she may need and would like to send that are not on the list, email me or Sue to find out if she needs them. Ship to: Sue Kozlow C/O Barbara La Pointique Int'l Ltd. 1030 Industry Dr. 32C Tukwila, WA 98188 Sue needs all the love and support she can get right now. As a survivor of domestic violence myself, I know how emotional and traumatic her situation can be. It takes an amazing amount of strength and courage to leave one's spouse when one has been emotionally or physically abused over a long period of time. The damage to ones self-esteem is incredible. More than anything tangible, Sue needs to know just how very special and valuable she is to all of us. -Barb
Guest guest
Barbara -- I work in a store that sells phone cards and I get a discount, so I will take care of getting Sue these (and at any time in the future, also). I'll send them out next week. Love, Patti Helping Sue Kozlow Several people on the list have expressed an interest in helping Sue Kozlow get through the tough times she is facing with her divorce.
