Guest guest
Hi friends I just want to remind everyone that will be sponsoring a silent auction at the next UMDF conference in August to help raise money for the UMDF. So get out the telephone if you know people who would be willing to donate stuff, or the knitting needles or crochet hooks to make something or the computer art, jewelry or anything else you can think of. I have sheets made up for people to place their bids. If you have questions, please ask away. The more stuff we can get, the more money that can be donated to UMDF from our group. If you aren't going to the conference, but can donate something, we will figure out a way to get it there. laurie

Guest guest
Ruth Depending on what it is, you can send it to me and I'll take it down, but with 2 wheelchairs, our space is most likely going to be limited, especially since I have several boxes of stuff I have made. I'll check with umdf and see if it can be sent to the conference center or hotel and what the address would be and how early they will take it. laurie > > Reply-To: > Date: Thu, 20 May 2004 12:38:39 -0400 > To: > > Subject: RE: silent auction > > Hi Laurie, Where do we send donations and when do they need to be there? > Cheers, Ruth > > > > _____ > > From: Laureta Fitzgerald > Sent: Tuesday, May 18, 2004 4:55 PM > To: > Subject: silent auction > > > > Hi friends > > I just want to remind everyone that will be sponsoring a silent > auction at the next UMDF conference in August to help raise money for the > UMDF. Guest guest
Can you post the address of where and when to send items? Guest guest
Hi Laurie, I will make a couple of sets of embroidered hand towels. That shouldn't take too much space, but I will be happy to shipped them to the site or someone who lives in that area. Just let me know when you need to have them. Guest guest
To those who would like to contribute to the silent auction. You can send it to the UMDF office at any time. Just let them know or me know what you are sending and when so they will know it is for the silent auction. It would probably be a good idea to write " Mitoldies silent auction for conference " on the outside of the package or box. laurie > > Reply-To: > Date: Fri, 21 May 2004 05:37:03 -0000 > To: > Subject: Re: silent auction > > > Can you post the address of where and when to send items? > Do we need to let someone know in advance of what we are sending, > exactly? > > >> Ruth >> >> Depending on what it is, you can send it to me and I'll take it > down, but >> with 2 wheelchairs, our space is most likely going to be limited, > especially >> since I have several boxes of stuff I have made. >> >> I'll check with umdf and see if it can be sent to the conference > center or >> hotel and what the address would be and how early they will take > it. >> >> laurie >> >>> From: " Ruth Ilean Fox " >>> Reply-To: >>> Date: Thu, 20 May 2004 12:38:39 -0400 >>> To: > >>> Subject: RE: silent auction >>> >>> Hi Laurie, Where do we send donations and when do they need to > be there? >>> Cheers, Ruth >>> >>> >>> >>> _____ >>> >>> From: Laureta Fitzgerald [mailto:lfitzger@j...] >>> Sent: Tuesday, May 18, 2004 4:55 PM >>> To: >>> Subject: silent auction >>> >>> >>> >>> Hi friends >>> >>> I just want to remind everyone that will be sponsoring > a silent >>> auction at the next UMDF conference in August to help raise > money for the >>> UMDF.
