Had a great day and have walked for a week straight. I realy need the endorphins

I get from walking. It has gone back to hot miserable weather here but I will

still walk. I managed to bak some points today as well.

Good for you Zephyr! I need to get out and start exercising again. I have

not for about 2 weeks. If it is not to miserable I will walk this afternoon

while my son is at Sylvan Learning Center. Unfortunently it is at 3:00 in

the afternoon. Menu looks great! Keep up the great job

Looks Great Zephyr!!! WTG on the walking!!!! It has gotten hot (getting close

to 100) here again too.

I am planning on an afternoon walk with the baby and dh and how about we commit

to each other we will do this? I will check in with you later as I have a few,

very few, clients this morning. I plan on walking no matter what the temp. I

sure loved it when our temps dropped down. If you can walk today so can I.

You got it!!! I haven't been doing anything (except running all over and

volunteering at school) because my back is still a little sore. I think I am

afraid to do anything that will hurt it again. Anyhow, I am ready to get back

into it!!!

Thanks , it seems like many of us have been struggling but are now getting

back on track. The walking for me really helps that hot weather did me in

literaly. My mood is so much better and motivation is there if I walk.
