Writing Valentine's Day cards

I spent ages trying to get Putter to write his own cards. We both know that he

could do it if he chose.

He was very interested in the list of names from his classroom. He read them

all aloud and seemed pleased. I wrote several with him watching. I finally

persuaded him to write a card for Noah. Then he wrote one for but he

insisted on putting her name in the " From " slot and his in the " To " slot.

I think he simply felt that I was wrong or perhaps he feels that all things

should go to Putter?

Then he left the room, and would not return. So I guess I may try a few more

times and write the rest myself.
