Dear Alice,

Thanks for the article on possible mito " cures. " Schon works with

Dr. Di Mauro at the same Columbia lab. I saw it in 1998 when I delivered

a requisition and blood drawn by my endo. (Was also in the elevator with

a bunch of mice! I have been up close with bears, turkeys, racoons, a

skunk in the basement, etc. But mice I run from...)

I think that the giant strides being made in molecular biology bode very

well indeed, esp. for our grandchildren and for the younger members on

our list.

I am very grateful to the MDA for all ot its seed money to Columbia and

elsewhere.
