Barb - Talk of AC and you still can't figure out what the rainbow is.....starting to think I oughta share this new Alzhemier's Drug with you.....that'll work actually, cause then we can all talk to the dinosaurs. Oh, Tricia......THAT rainbow !! I didn't really think that you were trying to trick me. Everything has just been so confusing to me lately. Yes, I just have to have those colored pencils. They make me smile just thinking about them. If I even walked in the door of AC that it might be too much. I don't think that I could pass by them again. And you're absolutely right....They do look like a rainbow. You made me laugh about that machine-thingy though at the drving eval. I'd forgotten all about that and I really did think that it was some kind of trick. Am I getting paranoid on all of these meds? At the very least, my drug-induced living in the moment has resulted in a situation in which I forget everything that occurred more than five minutes ago. Youd odn't supose that they put me on that Dementia med too and just didn't tell

me?Tricia Skiba wrote:

Barb - Um, can't attest to whether or not we're on the same planet anymore. Does yours spin in opposing directions based on which way you look? However, I am not trying to pull a fast one on you, there is no man behind the curtain, and there really isn't any color in that vision machine-thingie.....honest! The rainbow I refer to is of the colored pencil variety (conveniently inclusive of every color under the sun) in the nice carry case we saw at AC .....you know the indulgence buy that I urged you to go for, cause we could all use a little indulgence now and then. I in know way meant to confuse you further, unless of course the trip to Ac is simply an elaborate dream that I had during a comatose moment......in which case I apologize and will return at once to my cloud for reconsideration.......must admit though, I enjoyed the unexpected turn through the land of Oz

I love to wander around craft stores myself.....love all the colors and shapes and crafts and things. I do cross-stitch when the tremors allow now; love 's cause they have those little resin ornaments you can paint....not sure how good I'll be at that this year, though. Plus, it always smells good around the candles and flowers. Sunday will be fun....I promise to try not to avoid the camera, for Joann's sake (as duck and run is usually my MO when pictures are involved)....with any luck none of us will have to shovel anything. Just think dusting ;) TriciaGinny Barrientos wrote:

Tricia,

I like 's too...I love arts and crafts stores...I used to crochet, cross stitch, knit, and sew..now I usually stick with making decorations using hot glue and flowers and such or painting things...my hands have lost alot of dexterity and pain in my hands have somewhat inhibited alot of things I used to be able to do. I still love to look at the arts and crafts though and I love to buy candles there and scented wax. I even love Joanne Fabrics still even though I can't sew as much as I used to. Can't wait til sunday...am looking forward to meeting both of you so much...will bring a camera so Joann can have pics...Hoping we don't get tons of snow over fri..cause I really don't want to shovel. Hugs..Ginny
