Question of the day, Thursday Aug 29

I don't think I have a choice about how weight loss goes for me, personally.

I just do my best, one day at a time - eating healthy choices as much as I am

able, daily journaling, and regular exercise. Then, I just hope for the best

each week.

No matter what the results each week, at least I know I have done my best to

stay OP, and if I hit another plateau I will just be patient until it is

passed. :)

*A huge consolation is that I don't weight what I used to weight, and I don't

wear the size clothes I used to wear! Also, I can have goodies if I can fit

them into a daily plan. *wink*

Love,

Cherie

When it comes to your weight loss, do you prefer to take what you can get,

or do you settle for nothing but the best?

My Answer:

Lately, I have been taking whatever I can get! I think in the beginning I

really worked to get the best.

What about you?

Hey Maureen !

I am in the settle for nothing but the best mind set right now but I believe it

is causing me a lot of emotional worry !! The weeks I only had -.4, -.6 and -1.0

lb losses I was SO upset and last week I was so upset over the gain I knew I was

going to see last week I skipped WI and SERIOUSLY debating about going to

tomorrow's WI for the same reason !!!!!!!!!! I wish I could lay back into the

other mind set of take what I can get as long as I am making a healthy life for

myself !! Maybe I'll find an in between soon !

Hugs

I would like nothing but the best but my body and the

scales don't agree so I settle for what I can get and

try not to worry about it.
