Pam,

They promised me the special rate all nights July 13 - 19..... I got

an ADA room, but with a bath tub, they had no ADA rooms with a roll

in for smokers (which normally ticks me off, because I really think

it is not fair to be told you can't smoke just because you use a w/c,

but they had one room with a tub so I said yes). I did tell them that

I could have a normal room if they didn't have any ADA rooms left,

but the handicap room will be best since we are two wheelchair users

who are going to stay there, who knows, maybe somebody else will join

us too...

Hi Pam,

Also this does prove that there was not only one room left, because

both you and I managed to book after they said that....

Somebody at Hyatt must be messing up!!!
