Guest guest
Thks for sharing. Just to add that in the latest UMDF newsletter, Dr. Tarnopolsky suggests that mito patients who do strength/resistance exercise should wait longer than usual between sets to allow more time for ATP recovery. He suggests instead of waiting the standard 2 minutes between sets of 10 reps, mito patients should wait 5-10 minutes. I can't speak to this personally, as exercise makes me weaker, but just wanted to pass on this info to those who might not see the newsletter.
