Is that where you are having difficulty getting lab results back from? I usually don't have a problem with getting mine back, but if I do, I just call the secretary and he'll track them down for me. A year is a LONG time. As far as getting ahold of the doctor, I usually don't have trouble with that either...usually if I e-mail or call, I will get a return response within a day or two.
