sugar free vitamins

i take a percription prenatal vitamin called materna..you only need to take 1

and it is relatively small and tasteless

I take a multi called One Source and I got it at Sam's or COstco??? Not sure

which. I feel great with it and there are not herbs in it. I am hoping to

recover quickly from my abdomnioplasty and have my last surgery (LOL, for

the rest of my life) on July 29th if my blood is back to healthy! I have

been religious about my vitamins since I had the flu in April and my blood

work was so off. How are you doing? I have missed you, especially when I

was recovering from surgery and actually had time to keep up with the lists!

I loved One A Day essentials. Though you do need an iron supplement with

them.
