Guest guest
I was on the EDS Today website and testing our Amazon.com link at http://www.edstoday.org/ today. I just typed in Ehlers Danlos on the search box. In addition to the few books on EDS available at Amazon that I expected to see, I also found numerous books that refer to EDS within the text. Furthermore, Amazon.com members can actually click the links to view the actual pages in these books that refer to EDS. Here's how. 1) Type Ehlers Danlos in the Amazon search box. You can do this on either http://www.edstoday.org or on http://www.amazon.com 2) Scroll through the books until you see the first one that says " NEW! See more references to Ehlers Danlos in this book. " Click the words " references to Ehlers Danlos " . 3) For that book, you will see a list displayed of every page where Ehlers Danlos is mentioned. You can then click on the page link and read the actual page from the book. For example, the book " First Aid for USMLE Step 1:2003 " refers to Ehlers Danlos on 8 pages. You have to be logged in with your Amazon.com user ID and password to get to the actual pages and the pages are PDF files and difficult to read the small print, but it is an easy way to see if a book mentions EDS and determine whether or not it is worth buying. -Barb
