I am working with an out of network CT office in Cleveland, Ohio. We

are in Buffalo New York. I just sent in my appeal to my insurance

company this week. We shall see. Blue Cross Blue Sheild just settled

a lawsuit in Illinois to cover the DOC band. I wonder why it would

not be for all Blue Cross Blue Sheild?
