Guest guest
What high-point food/foods have you been staying away from.......had it.......and decided that you aren't missing out at all? My Answer: Most any cookie, cake, store bought muffins, doughnuts, etc. If I really want something like these, I just make them for myself that are ww friendly. What about you?? Guest guest
What high-point food/foods have you been staying away from.......had it.......and decided that you aren't missing out at all? KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN..... I had some a couple weeks ago, I think, and only reason I had it was my mom wanted to go have some and the closer we got to the outlet the more I could smell it and the hungrier I got. Well, I placed our orders, went and sat down still drooling. They called my number and I got the tray, sat down and grabbed up my piece of breast meat, took a bite and thought, " hmmm, this is greasy. " I was feeling yucky the rest of the afternoon. Guest guest
I've gone through that with Church's Chicken. I used to love it but after being off it for months, it is SOOOOO GREASY! I ended up trying to blot the grease off the chicken. Of course it really didn't work very well but... BTW, glad to have you back and hope you are better. Fast food burgers- I love them, but try to steer clear because of the points. The few times I have had them, they make me uncomfortably full and I feel a little stomache-achy later, like its too much fat or something...
