Guest guest Posted August 23, 2002 Report Share Posted August 23, 2002 Breakfast: blueberry smoothie( soy milk, yogurt,frozen blueberries)-5 2 chocolates-2 Lunch: baked potato w/ turkey chili and salsa con queso-7 BLT's-2....bite of Leah's hamburger and a few fries 2 no pudge brownie-4 Dinner: pasta w/ sauce and peppers-4 green beans-0 2 no pudge brownie-4 TOTAL: 26 pts RANGE: 20-25-over 1 pt today WATER: 128 oz EXERCISE: WATP 2 mile Went over today but I have exercised a lot this week and I have a lot of banked points that I haven't used.
