Sandy, I freeze my berries in individual ziploc backs with all the air I can squeeze out of them. I'm sure some of you have that machine thingy that does it for you but I can't afford that and my berries, etc., last quite a long time. ~Lynn T2/Halloween

Guest guest
Hi Eunice, Never thought of freezing grapes - I'll give it a try - great idea! I have frozen berries but they always seen to thaw out all mush - I like then " snappy " lol. I will try the grapes though. Sandy Re: fruit nutrients? Hi Sandy, You can freeze grapes and berries. Guest guest
Try freezing the blueberries and taking out 1 serving a day. Tucson Kitty fruit nutrients? Since many of us simply can't eat a lot of fruit, I'm wondering if anyone has come across an inexpensive supplement to get what we need? I know there are lots of liquids/pills that have the juices in them but most are like $30/month or more which I can't do with all the other supplements I take. Just looking for something simple that would supply the good things from blueberries, raspberries, melons and such. I am the ONLY one in my house that eats fruit. I buy mostly bananas and apples (at least apples keep for a long time as I only eat 1/2 an apple a day) But grapes go bad easily when I only have a few a day and berries do too. Guest guest
I find frozen berries are best used only partially thawed. When fully thawed mine get mushy also Carol Heesen When I put them in cereal, yogurt, they are not mush.
