Guest guest
Jai, thank you so much for this information. It truly does help me understand as did not know about the doctor needing to have you off work a full year and totally disabled. I have been declared totally disabled but I cannot get anything as do not have hours from work and as far as I know cannot get anything else, don't even know what could ask for. But most important is right now. I have much to ask and tell you and others about her. Very sad, very very sad, this Momma's heart is heavy with sorrow. Well sorry did not mean to go there....just wonder how you are doing Jai? I think of you quite often and wonder how you every day usually goes......could you tell me sometime, about how your daily life is on average. If there is anything in the works for helping you feel better? Well take care my friend. And again thank you for help. JoAnn s Momma JoAnn/SSD and working Now I am not sure about this but I think that the deal with obtaining SSD requires you to be out of work or expected to be out of work (Per doctors orders) for at least a year. To go on SSD you must be declared totally disabled and unable to work at all, then after you have been on it you can try going back to work but hours or how much you make are restricted.Like I said I am not real sure about this but it seems to me that is how it is. Maybe someone else out there knows for sure. Hope this helps a little. Love Jai
