It's time to start thinking about the next one! Have you been slipping on your water intake? I know I have!! So join me in the next challenge as we focus on drinking WATER. You're mission (if you choose to accept it) is to set a daily water goal and try to reach it every day...your goal could be in ounces, cups, glasses, gallons...WHATEVER! As long as you're getting in your water. WW recommends 8 glass of water per day. Can you do that? If not--then set a goal that's comfortable for you. Here's how to join: Each weekly challenge will have a table set up in our DATABASE section of the WWLiterside site. To sign up for a weekly challenge, You can either: a) edit your info directly onto the table from the site everyday/weekly or email me at rizap@... with the subject heading " Weekly Challenge " and I will enter the info for you.
