I made it under 350 in October and that is something that I have not seen in

several years. I am exercising every day now and that has really helped me

and would love to see anywhere from 10 to 20 more pounds gone in November

because that would put my just below 330 and that would be utterly awesome

to happen.

Goals????

Well...how did everyone do on their October goals? Mine was to hit 100

lbs and as of this am I did it. *WHEW* Almost didn't make it!

What are everyone's goals for November? I'd like to have another 20 lbs

gone. And I want to exercise more.

I have to agree with you there. I eat almost anything for breakfast

and for me, nothing is sacred.
