Guest guest
Has anyone had any luck with CoQ10? My rheumatologist wants me to take it. I already do, but I wasn't taking as high of a dosage as he wants me to take. He wants me to take it for my arthritus - which, I believe, is at least partly, my thyroid. Guest guest
If you are on any statin, you MUST take at least 100mgs of COQ10 or you could be in BIG trouble down the road. Google STATINS and COQ10 in the same search box. > Has anyone had any luck with CoQ10? > My rheumatologist wants me to take it. > I already do, but I wasn't taking as high of a dosage as he > wants me to take. > He wants me to take it for my arthritus - which, > I believe, is at least partly, my thyroid. > > Cris > >

Guest guest
>>Just about anything gives me heartburn, sometimes even plain water<< This is the ODD thing, NOTHING food wise bothers my stomach at all. I have no food allergies, and I never get indigestion, heartburn, or especially pain from eating foods. I think it is that I don't NEED the supplements and my body is rejecting them. *Artistic Grooming * Hurricane, WV Fat cat? Diabetes? Guest guest
I haven't seen the chewable kind but I'll have another look, anything that doesn't have to be swallowed whole is a blessing Lynda Re: co Q 10 I have used chewable paya tablets to aid in digestion, and they are about the only thing that doesn't give me heartburn.
