I'm waiting for the call to say I can speak to the judge. I started this process in fall 2002. The attorney claims the place they review cases or whatever is way, way behind. Well, the longer they take the more stuff that happens--like it spreading! My hospital stay in Jan. of this year ought to convince them I've had a problem!

I would think so, I ended up in the ICU for a night maybe that'll help my case too. Well at least we can hope.
