Guest guest
Thanks for the thought . I was on ambian for awhile and got the most excruciating headaches. I would wake up with them and then they would build throughout the day from there. Prior to that they had me on elavil which increased my jaw dislocation in my sleep, increasing the sleep apena which I was taking the medication for anyway, Of the three (ambian, elavil and tylenol pm) I find the tylenol pm to be the least invasive. Guest guest
I never did a sleep study. One doctor wanted me to, but with my school schedule at the time I was not up to it, and up till recently I was doing okay with sleeping. Lately, I have been having problems again and my doctor wants me to just try the Benedryl route and see if that works. So far it has not helped but sometimes i need to give things more time to start working. It seems that every year around this time I become an insomniac and then a couple of months later it goes back to normal. no idea why.
