Guest guest
My son takes the Carniqgel made by Tishcon Corp. Each capsule has 30 mg Q10 (supposedly equal to 90 mg) and 250 mg carnitine made by Sigma Tau. I take the liquid carnitor and qgel because it is cheaper that way. But, with the Carniqgel it is together in one capsule. A bottle of 180 is $62 if you ask for the special mito pricing.
