FireWoman passed on to the next journey yesterday March 21st, 2004 a

little after 5 pm peacefully during a nap.

She has gone to meet the Creator on A White Stallon where she will be

with the Creator and all the old ones that have gone before her.

FireWoman taught me peyote stich seed bead work. A beading stich

where you put one bead on at a time. This is how she taught me to

live my life. One Day At a Time. I will celabrate her life by

beading today.

I am honored to have been her white adopted daughter that she treated

as her own. I have all good memories of FireWoman. Camping out at

Pow Wow's after the white people had gone home, we would visit from

camp to camp and the old ones would tell stories while we could hear

in the back ground the young Braves continue to DRUM way into the

night around the Fire that was in the dancing circle.

May the Hawks, the Four Legged ones,Father Sky, Mother Earth all have

waved as she rode on her White Stallon to return to her Creator. I

will miss her deeply.

I will alway carry the lessons she gave me on being a human being.

She used to say " there are a lot of people on earth, however not too

many human beings " . Human beings, she would say follow the " Good Red

Road " . The road of Truth and Love. I think this group, Mitoldies is

on the Good Red Road. Peace.

Kim,

I hope you find peace and strength after your friends passing.

As you know she is at peace and has gone on to continue her journey. The hard part is being left behind to carry on, do this well for her.

Know that you have many friends here, and I am sure many others in your life.

Use the wonderful memories you share with her to carry on. Remember all she taught you and gave to you to live your life to its fullest and pass this knowledge and love on to others so they may do the same, this will be a great present from you to her.

Hugs,

Kim

Thanks for sharing your story of Fire Woman. She sounds like a special

person. I know your pain since I lost my mother a few days ago. It is the

memories of her love, patience and kindness that I will always remember.

She, too, was a special person.
