Hello friends,

I wondered if anyone could tell me good widths of sidewalks, etc. for getting

around when you need a scooter or chair. Hopefully that is a long way off but I

want to go ahead and change the paths in my yard/garden for access.

hello judy; 42'' is a good , if your chair is 24'' wide you need at least 9'' on

each side and so on. hope this helps, I used to place concrete .also it

depends on how much room you have in your garden for your sidewalk, any thing

under 36'' would be too small. my wife has PLS since 1998. My wife chair is a

jassy its' 24'' wide that is how I arrived at 9''. that is ample . arnold in
