Melty~: I'm finding that the only protein shakes and supplements that I like are ones that I used when I did liquid diets. I use the ones from HMR (http://www.yourbetterhealth.com/foods.html). It's like being on their maintenance program, even if I needed weight loss surgery to get here. The little prepackaged meals make a perfect lunch for me when I'm on the go, and only take 90 seconds in the microwave, don't need to be refrigerated. I like their chocolate shakes mixed with hot water on chilly mornings. Can not recommend their soups. Yuck.
