The T4 in the natural thyroid you are taking has not yet completely

converted to T3, it does this a little at a time, since T4 is the storage

form of thyroid hormone. Around 4 wks from now, all that thyroid you're

taking is going to come into play. This is dangerous, unless you are VERY

thyroid hormone resistant (body cells). It is safer to start slowly, at

around 30 mgs for a couple of wks, then up to a grain or so for 3 to 6 wks,

then TEST, to see where it is taking you blood-wise, but do treat by

symptoms. I am worried that all of it will come into play a few wks from

now. Go slowly because thyroid hormone is very volatile and has a very slim

margin of error. Beyond around 30 to 60 mgs, 15 mg increments for 4 to 6

wks is much safer, THEN see how you feel at that time. If you are still

feeling hypo at the end of each increment of time, then up it again. A

small amt of thyroid can be volatile, if you personally have gone over your

limit way too rapidly. If you are hypo, your body has been running at slow

speed and can't tolerate all those changes at one time. This worries me a

lot.
