I'm not sure if this will work. But I am leaving for NewHampshire

for the weekend (even though it's sooo cold) to try not to think

about the surgery and what could happen. I am nervous. I am having

my ab-myo in 6 days (Jan 21st). Suddenly I'm thinking...Am I doing

the right thing? Is it worth the risk? Well, is it? Are those who

had it done definately happier that they did????? I will go ahead

with it but I feel like I'm getting 'cold feet'. Please advise.

Hi, I know how you feel. I'm in the same position. I have a 10 cm

fibroid and have 2 periods with scary, frightening uncontrollable

bleeding. To make a long story short, I've aligned myself up for a

UFE and am constanatley 2nd guessing myself. This month my period

is so light, as light as it's ever been. I don't get it!!!! Yet, I

do have frequent urination and don't want this getting any bigger

and most of all, I can't live in fear that I'm faced with these

hemmoraging episodes that have this kind of potential!!! It is time

to do something. You have to weight your situation. even though

you may feel fine right now, what about all the problems you've

had? Do you want to live like this? Go with your gut instints and

try to relive the times that have been bad and what has brought you

to this point.

I know, it's so easy to forget and put it off when your feeling

good. You think your jumping the gun, overreacting, doing something

you may not need. But on the other hand, you do need this!!!!!

Anyway, hope it helps in your thinking process. I've needed a lot

of support myself. Good luck, Jen
