if the guy is worth it, it is probably worth it...it seems some of the better

doctors don't take insurance...guess they prefer to give good treatment

instead of answering questions about why they're running a Free T3 test.

I clicked on a link - then a link, and I found a doctor in my area. He has moved

even closer to me than what he is listed.

He bucks the system, he treats holistically, He uses armour, he treats by

symptoms- he orders all of the right tests - he sounds absolutely perfect!

BUT ! .... he takes NO insurance. So - the initial apt. is $180.00 out of

pocket. Plus all of the tests that he runs are out of pocket, (and have to be

paid for upfront) and then all the follow up apts. are out of pocket. So - that

first apt. will cost probably at least $500.00 upfront.

I don't think I can afford to go to him!! but I'm wondering if my health is

worth going into debt over. Logically, I think that it is - realistically, I

don't know if I can justify it. His first available apt. is in march or April.

I'm gonna discuss this with my hubby when he comes home tonight. I know what

he'll say though...

why can't regular doctors treat us fairly? It truly is disgusting.

yeah... but I'm figuring that first visit will cost at least $500.00 - upfront.

That's a lot of money to come up with at once.

And this is why we treat ourselves!

I dunno - she said, it's 180.00 for the initial apt. with him.

He does testing - which is from labs outside the state. I'm assuming probably

labls like what we talk about here - and she said they need paid up front for

the testing - the labs do. So - in order to have the tests done, I need the

money to pay for them. plus his fee.

I'm guessing at lab fees. Probably not as much as I said, thinking about it now,

but still will be significant.

which reminds me - I need to discuss it with hubby....
